概要・外観	高周波プラズマ発光分光分析装置（Inductively Coupled Plasma）は、誘導結合によって発生させた高周波誘導結合プラズマを光源として、試料溶液を導入し、励起により得られた原子発光スペクトルを測定することにより、波長から元素の定性、強度から定量がわかる。主に無機元素の、その中でも金属元素の分析に向いていて、複数のものを同時に測定できることが強みである。　オプションによっては感度を高めて分析することや、トルエンやキシレンなどの有機溶媒を使用した試料の測定も可能である。
