性能・構成内訳	励起４波長(450-600nm)／蛍光４波長(500-640nm)、 96ウェルプレート／0.2 mL block 10–100 μL、ペルチェブロック（VeriFlex ブロック）形式で32ウェル×3ブロックで温度制御が可能。蛍光色素はFAM/SYBR Green, VIC/JOE/HEX/TET, ABY/ NED/TAMRA/Cy3, JUN, ROX/Texas Red　に対応。
主な用途（分析対象物）	PCRによる増幅をリアルタイムに測定することで、増幅率に基づいて鋳型となるDNAの定量を行う。

It is also used for vet students' education and vets trainings. IDRU is widely available on requests from both on and off-campus users. As this unit includes facilities containing infectious agents, all users are required to register every academic year to use IDRU and follow the Users Guidelines for IDRU for safety use of the unit.
